桜淵公園バードサンクチュアリーについて
桜淵公園は春には桜、秋には紅葉の名所ですが、
野鳥の楽園でもあります。
川に目を向けると、 セグロセキレイ、 カワセミなど。
又あまり見る機会は多くありませんが、 ヤマセミを見かけることもあります。
更に冬になると、カモもやってきて、
ほとんどが ヒドリガモや マガモですが、こ
の地域では少ない キンクロハジロや ホシハジロが見られることもあります。
近くで観察することはできませんが、
オシドリも笠岩橋の上流で見ることができます。
時々探鳥会も催されます。
